As the Client Service Specialist and assistant to Jake Reardon and Bob Protesto, Matt’s responsibilities include onboarding clients, opening and transferring accounts, administrative technology, educating clients on how to navigate system applications and software, building professional relationships with potential clients and vendors, and maintaining organization and camaraderie within the company.

He attended the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with a degree in Political Science and a minor in City and Regional Planning. Additionally, Matt was a four-year Varsity Letter winner of the men’s Heavyweight Rowing Program and was a member of the 2006 National Championship Team.

Matt resides in Drexel Hill, PA with his two children. In addition to working at Haddon Planning, Matt is an assistant swim coach for the Episcopal Academy High School Swim Team and Episcopal Academy Aquatic Club. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his children, hiking and getting a workout on his bike or in the pool.

Matt’s approach to creating meaningful connections with clients, and his ability to understand how to facilitate the client’s desired outcomes makes him a valuable asset to the team.
